The surrounding areas of the complex are designed so that all of the residences have easy access to the central path that leads to the external swimming pool west of the complex and an internal swimming pool which is east of the complex.

The area is designed with all of the necessary ramps for people with special needs. The landscaping is done up with beautiful floral greenery of the area and specially designed gardens.

There is also an external swimming pool with a beautiful view of the Pagasitic and a majestic sunset all year round.

In the winter months, for relaxing moments, there is a heated internal swimming pool with a Jacuzzi.

In the same area , there is a sitting room with a fireplace , where one can enjoy a coffee, drink or snack.

There is also an elevator for people with special needs.
