and warmth are harmoniously resonated to create warmth in every corner
as to create unforgettable moments of relaxation and are available for
rent all year round.
 The
complex consists of 3 independent buildings each of which has 2
townhouses and a ground floor apartment. (9 independent residences)
The residences are about
50sqm, and are fully furnished and have a fireplace, large bedrooms, a
kitchen and a sitting room. There is also a private yard or balcony
with an unobstructed view of the Pagasitic gulf.
 Three
of the residences are constructed for people with special needs. There
are ramps, a special bathroom and very spacious sitting room and
bedroom.
One of the nine
residences is a 90sqm townhouse and can facilitate up to six people. It
has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a large sitting room and kitchen.
All of the residences are
fully loaded with all of the necessary appliances (oven, coffee machine
etc) , for the comfort and self service of each visitor.
The internal areas are
done up in wood and stone, the essence of the local architecture.

Rooms are available from 1:00 pm on the date of arrival and until
12:00 noon on the day of departure.
The charge for extended reservation of the room until
18:00 hrs on the day of departure is 50% and after that 100%.
Confirmation of bookings is made by bank wire transfer. An advance of
30% of the total value of the booking is required.
Payoff upon departure is made in cash.
Under the current regulation of the Greek National Tourism Organisation:
For cancellation more than 21 days before the expected date of arrival,
no cancellation fee is charged and the deposit is refunded.
For cancellation 21 days or less from the expected date of arrival, 50%
of the total value of the booking is charged.
In case of earlier departure or delayed arrival, the charge is at 100%
of the value of the booking as planned.
